Part of my work at Mercedes-Benz USA, was to revamp the new hire experience. After the company transitioned from New Jersey to Atlanta there was a loss of knowledge and company history from previous employees. Stories were passed down from Department Managers but we needed to have visual representation. I worked with each department (22 in total) to create a series of videos. These were animated, 3D and live action. Budget was limited to $10,000. I was able to partner with a new company who took risk and delivered a great product that is still being used at Mercedes-Benz USA.

pERFORMANCE mANAGEMENT AT bEKAERT
For several years, performance management has been a regional or country process and not a global process within Bekaert. Additionally, although our management performance was tracked online through SharePoint, there was no set standard in how we were conducting the process. Our white collar and plant employees were not tracked at all. Starting in late 2017, we started to make headway as a company to move towards performance management for all employees.
I have had an integral part in this process as my position within the company sits within our global center of excellence. I helped to design our online portal of People Performance Management. This is part of Bekaert's Success Factor's system and is a monthly dialogue and reporting/tracking feedback/feed-forward tool for all white collar and management employees.
