Driving motivations:
Diversity/Inclusion & Giving BACK
In my life opportunities have come my way because of people who have taken an active interest. Education has been the catalyst in shaping who I am today. However, education has not only come in the form of school books. It has come from my family, mentors, friends and work relationships. When I was younger, I was blessed to have good coaches - men and women who understood the importance of a village.
I have always been encouraged to speak out and speak up about the causes I am passionate about. I am passionate about our youth, I am passionate about human rights and equal opportunities for all. Through my work with the different organizations I am involved with I've had the opportunity to mentor youth, speaking about being a professional black gay male and how to blaze trails and advocate for opportunities in technology for people of color.
